Welcome to Our Family!
We take most commercial insurance carriers as well as Medicare, however we are not a participating provider for Medicaid. To ensure that we are providers under your plan please contact your insurance carrier by calling the number on the back of your card. If you are a self pay patient we ask that you pay for your visit in full at the time of service. We offer a discount for self-pay patients when they pay at time of service.
If you are a new patient we encourage you to call the office during regular business hours before proceeding to the patient portal. Dr. Huffman welcomes you to join the portal if you are an established patient with his practice. If you are not an established patient, please note that joining the practice is subject to the approval of Dr. Huffman.

Patient Portal
Dr. Huffman welcomes you to join the portal if you are an established patient with his practice. If you are not an established patient, please note that joining the practice is subject to the approval of Dr. Huffman.
In our patient portal you can:
- Update your address, phone, e-mail address, insurance & other patient information
- Change your password
- Add and update your credit card information
- Request a copy of a previous visit, lab, or x-ray report
- Request Medication Refills
After you create an online account, you will receive an e-mail from us that includes your user ID and a link to our patient portal. You may log in at any time to activate your account and begin using our online services.
